In the Tampa Bay area, 250,000 children go hungry every day. Although some of these children receive meals at school, they may not have access to food after school, on weekends, or on breaks. The Nourish Our Youth event recognized our partners dedicated to fighting child hunger this past year. These partners help Feeding Tampa Bay expand its reach to food insecure youth through programs like the backpack program, school pantries, and summer meal programs, to name a few.
