We need your help! As Feeding Tampa Bay supporters, you will play a crucial role in our 35th anniversary campaign’s success. Word-of-mouth is one of the most powerful forms of advertising, so please spread the word with your networks! The message is simple: For only $6, you can feed a neighbor in need for an entire month.
Dispelling Hunger Stereotypes:
Hunger is usually stereotyped as homelessness, but hunger often looks like you and me. It affects kids, single moms, fathers trying to support their family, and seniors on a fixed income. Hunger happens to everyday people, every day.
The “Don’t Label Hunger” campaign seeks to dispel these negative stereotypes about hunger. By addressing these labels head-on, we can seek to create understanding among the general public and empower people to join Feeding Tampa Bay’s mission.
