Feeding Tampa Bay’s new home at Causeway Center is the Tampa Bay region’s first community hub of its kind. Our new home will allow us to address the immediate and long-term needs of our neighbors. Our vision is to holistically address food assistance across our 10-county region by offering food and expanded services that enable neighbors to connect and cultivate a sustainable, self-sufficient future.

FAQ's About Causeway Center

Will you still have the Transport Drive warehouse location?

No, the Transport Drive warehouse location will be permanently closed once we move to Causeway Center.

What are the hours of operation at Causeway Center?

Our regular business hours will be 8:00 AM -5:00 PM; however, with our expanded neighbor services and programs, some areas of the center will have hours that vary to ensure we are best meeting our neighbors’ needs. 

How do I get to the new Causeway Center facility?

Causeway Center is located at 3624 Causeway Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33619, only 15 minutes from our current facility. Please reference the map on this page for help with directions from your location.

Is there a bus stop near the new Causeway Center facility?

Currently, the closest HART bus stop is located 2.2 miles from Causeway Center at the intersection of 50th Street and Palm River Road for Route 8.

Feeding Tampa Bay is working with governing bodies to secure a bus route on Causeway. This will take time to establish but we will keep you updated on the progress.

Where will I go to access services?

Look for The Entryway signage where you will enter and be directed to a variety of services, including groceries in The Market, a hot meal in The Bistro, or resource connections in The Neighborhood

Where should I park at the new Causeway Center facility?

Once you make the turn off of Causeway Blvd, there will be directional signs guiding you around the facility. Please follow the parking lot signs to park your vehicle in the area appropriate for your reason for visiting FTB.

How do I get to the volunteer area?

When you turn off of Causeway Blvd, follow signs to Volunteer Parking near our front entrance. Enter through the front entrance doors where you will be greeted by our receptionist. The Volunteer Lounge is directly to the left of the lobby. Our Volunteer Experience Team will greet you there and get you checked in for your shift! Once all volunteers are checked-in, FTB team members will give an introductory orientation and escort all volunteers to their appropriate volunteer shift areas.

I am participating in Cereal for Summer, where should I drop off my food drive donation?

You are welcome to drop off Cereal for Summer donations at our current warehouse on Transport Drive through April 26th. After this date, please bring your donations to one of the Cereal for Summer drop-off locations listed on the website: CerealforSummer.com. You may also contact FoodDrives@FeedingTampaBay.org with questions.
