In the course of using the Site or donating to our organization offline, Feeding Tampa Bay may ask you for your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, fax number as well as other relevant information. Feeding Tampa Bay also may collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit many of our web pages such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows 2000 or Mac OS), the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink), aggregate data about the number of visits to the Site and/or aggregate data about the pages visited.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Upon receipt and processing of an “opt out” request, Feeding Tampa Bay will, within its commercially reasonable amount of time, remove your information from any future marketing communications.

Feeding Tampa Bay uses the non-personally identifiable information (“Aggregate Data”) to improve the design and content of the site and to enable Feeding Tampa Bay to personalize your Internet experience. Feeding Tampa Bay may use the Aggregate Data to analyze site usage as well as create services and/or products to fit your needs.
