Blanca works full-time as a medical assistant and her husband holds a part-time job and cares for their children. Still, the parents struggle to support their five-year-old and two-year old daughters, Yarely and Sarai. "Our income isn't enough,” says Blanca. At the pantry in Ruskin, FL, Blanca receives foods that keeps her family afloat when money is tight at the end of the month. "We'd have to cut bills without the pantry." she said. "Its feeding my family, it's keeping us healthy."
