INGREDIENTS:
For Strawberry Salsa
2 Cups Strawberries, diced
1½ Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Honey
2 Tbs Fresh Basil
Pinch of Salt
For Cinnamon Chips
2 Burrito Size Tortillas
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Olive Oil Spray
STEPS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine strawberries, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, basil, and salt to a medium bowl. Mix to combine. Set aside for flavors to meld.
3. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, mix, and set aside.
4. Cut tortillas into triangles, and place them on an oiled baking sheet.
5. Spray, (or coat), each tortilla triangle with olive oil, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix. Flip and repeat.
6. Bake for 10 minutes.
7. Once chips have cooled, (about 5 minutes), serve with strawberry salsa, and enjoy!
