Emerge as a young leader

Student Ambassadors is a group of college-aged young leaders dedicated to making a difference through action, awareness, and advocacy to support Feeding Tampa Bay’s mission.

Program
Overview

Kaia, Student Ambassador

Looking for an opportunity to connect with like-minded peers and work together to address food insecurity in our community? The FTB Ambassador Program is for passionate, college-aged young adults seeking further engagement with Feeding Tampa Bay through volunteerism and advocacy. Ambassadors can gain a clearer understanding of the impact volunteering can have on our neighbors and FTB’s role in tackling the root causes of hunger, as well as develop the skills to be able to communicate what they’ve learned back out to their networks.

Programming includes group volunteering and networking events paired with (optional) training sessions to get more involved in different aspects of the organization. Participation is based on your interest and availability, so feel free to join us as often as you would like!
