To solve the hunger crisis in our community, we must first understand its causes. Together with the University of South Florida, cutting edge cross-disciplinary research at the Center for the Advancement of Food Security and Healthy Communities (CAFSHC) will allow us to get a step closer to uncovering the true nature of this issue and in turn, how to solve it.
The Hunger Action Alliance aims to look at research surrounding food insecurity and cultivate new ways to meet the needs of those struggling with hunger moving forward. With partnerships across multiple industries, the Alliance leverages different perspectives to evolve new solutions toward a hunger-free Tampa Bay and beyond.
