WISH is a coalition of passionate advocates who are inspired to solve hunger. We unite a substantial group of women leaders, at varying stages of their professional and personal lives, to raise awareness and inspire action to solve food insecurity.

WISH was founded by a group of influential female leaders who represent various business backgrounds and experiences across the region. Together, we marshal the significant influence and resourcefulness of women leaders across the region to build people-focused solutions and create a flourishing community.

What We Do

The women of WISH build awareness and grow community engagement in addressing the root causes of food insecurity. WISH welcomes any woman who wants to take action and solve hunger across West Central Florida. Members commit to learning about local food insecurity, supporting hunger relief programs, and growing our network of woman inspired to solve hunger.

Learn about food insecurity

Participate in a minimum of two (2) of the four (4) WISH-sponsored events (in person and/or virtually) each year to learn more about championing programs, fundraising, and other educational initiatives that address the root causes of food insecurity.

 

Support hunger-relief programs

Donate membership fees at a minimum of $1,000 per year, or $500 per year if you are 35 or younger, to support child hunger programs. Payment plans are available if needed.

 

Grow our network

Recruit and engage other women in the region to learn more and become involved.

Become a WISH Member

WISH members are crucial in combating child hunger. Membership dues help fund our school pantry program, providing families across Tampa Bay with the food they need to thrive all year long. To become a WISH Member, please choose one of the following options below. Please note that quarterly and monthly options require a recurring payment plan.

Submit membership dues with an annual payment of $1000.
