market fast facts

You MUST have an appointment to shop in the market.

Appointments can only be booked through the link below. Appointments cannot be booked in person.

Since the market is only open Tuesday-Thursday, the calendar will only show availability for Tuesday-Thursday. All other days will be grayed out.

The calendar is updated each day and shows all appointments available for the next 30 days.

If you select a day and see “No available times this day,” then you will need to go to the next available date or check back for any cancellations.

shopping code of conduct

All shoppers must abide by Feeding Tampa Bay’s Grow Code and by our code of conduct listed below.

shopping time
To honor all shoppers, neighbors must abide by their scheduled appointment time.
rescheduling
If you cannot make it to your appointment please cancel via your appointment confirmation by the start of the community market on the day of your appointment. Friends and family cannot shop for you in your place.
no show
Households that miss their appointments without informing FTB will adhere to a two strikes policy, after which they will need to meet with a Navigator to access the Market.
timeliness
Neighbors must arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time.
party size
We ask that each household bring no more than 2 individuals to shop.
appointment policy
You must be present for your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment and need to send someone else in your place, you must pre-approve your request with FTB staff.
waiting room
Due to limited space, neighbors with vehicles are asked to wait in their vehicle until their appointment time (except in unsafe conditions). No queue or line should form outside of the entryway and all exits and pathways should remain clear.
item quantity
All neighbors are expected to follow item quantities, as indicated by signage, volunteers, or staff.
household definition
Appointments must be restricted to one per household, which is based on living address. Each household is allocated one cart/buggy for shopping during their appointment time.
appointment frequency
Households may revisit the market every 30 days, subject to appointment availability.
grow code
All neighbors are expected to treat other neighbors, volunteers, and staff with dignity and respect, as outlined in Feeding Tampa Bay’s Culture Grow Code.
