My credit card has expired. How can I update my card for my recurring donation?

You can edit your credit card information by logging in to your Funraise account here. On your profile page, you’ll find your recurring donation listed. Simply click “Edit Donation” and enter the necessary updated information. Click “Save Changes”. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at

How do I obtain a receipt for my donation?

Receipts for online donations are automatically sent through our online fundraising platform Funraise and receipts for offline donations are sent via physical mail if the appropriate contact information is provided with the donation. I did not receive confirmation for the donation I just made. How do I confirm it was received?

If you made an online donation via our website, you should have received an email via our online fundraising platform, Funraise. If you did not receive this email, please reach out to our team at

Where do I find my login information?

Your login information is the email that you made the donation under which will also be the email your receipts are sent to. You’re able to reset your password from the login page if needed. Funraise also has this article to help!
