Community Place refers to the collection of services offered at our new Tampa facility, the Causeway Center. Here you can find a quick-service restaurant, a grocery store, and onsite connections to various social services – like food assistance, resource navigation, family services, and financial assistance. All services are available for walk-ins on a first come, first served basis. Some services are also available by appointment.

This program provides essential fresh and frozen items. Shoppers can come once per month and MUST have an appointment.

The bistro, a concept of Trinity Cafe, is our new quick service restaurant that will bring hot meals and small bites to community members on campus. All are welcome, free of charge.

The Learning Zone includes 3 dedicated classrooms and meeting space designed to connect you with additional support and assistance. Feeding Tampa Bay, alongside our partners, will offers free community classes each month. The S’well Senior Wellness Program is about more than food– it’s about living well, staying connected, and thriving together.

Feeding Tampa Bay believes in strong community partnerships and we are proud to work with United Way Suncoast to provide our whole suite of Neighbor Services to the Sulphur Springs Resource Center. The Center's primary focus area is financial stability through workforce development and economic support, working with individuals and community partners to address employment, educational and social service needs for the Sulphur Springs community. We offer our whole suite of Neighbor Services support to the Sulphur Springs Community. You can walk-in or book an appointment with an FTB Navigator for SNAP assistance, Food Navigation, Resource Connection and more!
The Food Locker Program brings healthy groceries and fresh produce directly into the Sulphur Springs neighborhood, providing weekly food support for neighbors enrolled in programming at the UWS Sulphur Springs Resource Center over the course of 3 months. This regular support is paired with personal goal setting and mid-program check-ins, empowering participants to work towards their self-defined objectives.
This program is currently at capacity for enrollment, but will be opening new slots soon! If you are located in the Sulphur Springs area, walk-in to your neighborhood center to join the waitlist today!
